Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Locations
We provide shipping services across North America.

2. Delivery Timeframes
All orders are processed promptly and delivered within 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders below 50 CAD: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Orders above 50 CAD: Shipping is free.

4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

5. Undeliverable Orders
In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, a full refund will be issued.


Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility
Products are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The wrong item or size was sent.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

2. Timeframe
Return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

3. Refund and Exchange Options

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be reimbursed to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Customers can opt for a replacement or a different size/item, subject to availability.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • DexGlove Responsibility: If the error is on our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent), DexGlove will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Warranty Policy

For orders exceeding 100 CAD, DexGlove offers a 6-month warranty covering material and workmanship defects. The warranty is valid only if the product is used according to the provided guidelines and not subjected to abuse.
